NEWBORN SERVICES

During the appointment you will meet our office staff and Dr. Gowda will introduce you to our family-focused care philosophy. You will also receive information regarding newborn care and feeding.

The appointment is complimentary and is scheduled either before or after business hours, depending on the doctor’s schedule.

You do not need to schedule a prenatal visit if you are already an established patient family. We appreciate the opportunity to continue to care for your children.

Gardens Pediatrics is affiliated with Jupiter Medical Center and St. Mary’s Medical Center. Dr. Gowda will visit you and your newborn baby while you are in the hospital if you deliver at either of those two facilities.

You do not need to pre-register your baby with our practice before delivery. When you are admitted to the hospital, please let the staff know that you have chosen Gardens Pediatrics, Dr. Nagaraj Gowda as your baby’s pediatrician. The hospital will contact us once the baby is born.

If you deliver at any other hospital, please call us at 561.622.6610, so we can schedule your first appointment in our office. Infants generally need to be seen in the office within two days of discharge.
